What is Tree Gum made of?
Tree Gum is made from six natural ingredients. We value sustainable sourcing and that's why we work with partners who share our values & who care about nature as much as we do. Each of our six ingredients are of natural origin and simply grow back in nature.
1. natural chewing mass from the sap of the chicle tree
The sapotilla tree (chicle) is not planted on plantations, but grows in a natural environment. The tree is "harvested" every few years. The chicleros - the name of the farmers who cultivate and care for the trees - make sure that the tree survives the harvest well, so that it will stay with them for a long time.
2. carnauba wax
The all-natural carnauba wax serves as a natural humectant and is obtained from the leaves of the carnauba palm, which are covered with a wax coating.
3. gum arabic
Gum arabic is a great natural thickener. It is obtained from the sap of a tree, similar to chewing gum. Mostly from the acacia trees, which are widespread especially in Africa. Here, too, care is taken to ensure that the tree is not harmed by this. Therefore, a tree is only harvested every few years.
4. vegetable glycerine
The purely vegetable glycerine serves as a natural coating for TREE GUM chewing gum. Here, too, we attach great importance to sustainable sourcing.
5. xylitol
1.TREE GUM is sugar-free. Our natural sweetener comes exclusively from birch and beech. Xylitol not only sweetens naturally, but also has a caries-reducing effect, which makes our TREE GUM chewing gum with xylitol particularly tooth-friendly.

At the moment, our chewing gums are available in two great flavours: with natural cinnamon aromas and equally natural green mint.
